Weekend Schedule
01. Welcome Party
Join us at the Rolling Thunder Ranch at 6 pm to welcome you to Ojai with drinks and tacos. Around 10 pm, we will head back to town to Topa Topa Brewery & The Hub, a 20 minute walk from the hotel. We will have a few van cabs on call, or you can drive and park at the Ranch.
02. Reception Dinner
Where:
Ojai Deer Lodge
Our reception celebration will be at one of our favorite spots in town, the Ojai Deer Lodge. The bus will begin shuttling guests from Hummingbird Inn to the reception at 5:30 pm. Cocktail hour starts at 6, followed by a BBQ buffet at 7 and dancing until 11 pm.
03. After Party
Where:
The Hut
After Deer Lodge, we will move down the street to a classic dive bar, The Hut. Eat some pizza, play pool and dj on the TouchTunes before we head back to Rolling Thunder Ranch for the after after party. Bus will be shuttling guests back to the hotel from the after party locations.

Reserved Hotel
Hummingbird Inn
We have Hummingbird Inn hotel in Ojai reserved for our guests. There are very limited hotels in Ojai and most require a 2 night stay. You can call (805) 646-4365 to reserve a room. If you would like to come to Ojai for only Saturday night, you can stay in Ventura, where there are many more hotels. It is a 25 minute uber to Ojai from Ventura.
